Acoustic Trapping of Microparticles to Axially Centered Wires in Cylindrical Microcapillaries_Data Files

The Excel sheet shows the raw intensity values used for figures pertaining to the manuscript, the corresponding area under the curve values, and the relevant calculations for the number of particles and trapping efficiency reported. All MATLAB files used for analysis of files for the manuscript are included. The raw video files, shown as '.tif', are mptif files that show the raw files used for the analysis in this study. The analyzed mptif files are included as '.mat' files with the relevant stored data. The COMSOL files, shown as '.mph' files, are included as well for the 2D and 3D modeling done for this study.本数据集涵盖如下内容：用于本研究论文配图的原始强度值、对应曲线下面积值，以及已报道的粒子数与捕获效率的相关计算结果，上述内容均存储于Excel工作表中；本研究论文分析过程中使用的全部MATLAB文件；后缀为.tif的原始视频文件均为mptif格式，即本研究分析所用的原始文件；经分析处理后的mptif格式文件以.mat格式存储，内含相关分析数据；本研究二维与三维建模所用的COMSOL文件（文件后缀为.mph）亦包含在内。
