We propose a joint observing campaign using the Parkes radio telescope and the EP satellite to monitor five magnetars with known radio emission. Under simultaneous observations, we aim to investigate the correlation between their radio and X-ray emissions, analyze the evolution of pulse profiles and flux densities, and search for potential fast radio bursts (FRBs) associated with magnetar activity. In addition, we propose target-of-opportunity (ToO) observations for ten magnetars. If the Insight-HXMT satellite detects three outbursts from any of these sources within a 24-hour period, a rapid-response follow-up will be triggered with EP, Insight-HXMT, and Parkes to probe the physical processes before and after the outbursts and to search for additional radio emission and possible FRB counterparts.
