In present study, for the first time, we detect lncRNAs in the sheep hypothalamus with FecB++ through RNA-Seq and identify a number of known and novel lncRNAs, which may provide new views for understanding sheep reproduction without the effects of the FecB mutation.

本研究首次利用RNA测序（RNA-Seq）技术，对携带FecB++基因型的绵羊下丘脑组织中的长链非编码RNA（lncRNAs）进行检测，成功鉴定出多种已知与新型长链非编码RNA。该研究可为解析不受FecB突变影响的绵羊繁殖调控机制提供全新视角。
