Bdellovibrio Continuous Tilting

Raw data. Gain-normalization and defects correction have not been applied. For each dataset, 2 separate tilt-series were collected bidirectionally using the continuous-tilting method: first:0 to -60 degrees, then: 0 to 60 degrees. The two stacks were then combined using IMOD's Newstack command.原始数据。尚未应用增益归一化（gain-normalization）与缺陷校正（defects correction）操作。针对每个数据集，采用连续倾斜采集方法双向采集两组独立的倾斜序列：第一组采集范围为0°至-60°，第二组为0°至60°。随后使用IMOD软件的Newstack命令将两组图像栈进行合并。
