Bridging Communication Style Differences Between Generations Through Communication Accommodation in the Workplace (Mazhavi & Sumbogo, 2025)

This dataset contains two files (Indonesian) : (1) anonymized interview transcripts and (2) anonymized field notes from a 2025 qualitative case study at Perum BULOG. The study examined communication style differences among Generation X, Y, and Z employees, and explored communication accommodation strategies in a multigenerational workplace. All personal identifiers have been replaced with initials to ensure confidentiality.

本数据集包含两份印尼语文件：(1) 经匿名化处理的访谈转录文稿，(2) 2025年于Perum BULOG开展的质性案例研究所生成的匿名化实地笔记。本研究旨在探讨X世代、Y世代与Z世代员工的沟通风格差异，并探索多代际职场中的沟通调适策略。为保障保密性，所有个人身份标识均已替换为姓名首字母。
