Goal of the study was to compare single cell (sc) and single nucleus (sn) sequencing of murine kidney after mild (17min) and severe (27min) ischemia reperfusion injury Overall design: sc and snSeq of murine kidney本研究旨在对比轻度（17分钟）与重度（27分钟）缺血再灌注损伤（ischemia reperfusion injury）后小鼠肾脏的单细胞（single cell, sc）测序与单细胞核（single nucleus, sn）测序结果。整体实验设计：针对小鼠肾脏开展单细胞与单细胞核测序。
