Exploring Organizational Integration in Post-COVID-19 Companies: Insights from Metropolitan Lima's SMEs

This dataset contains the research findings and analysis related to the study titled "Exploring Organizational Integration in Post-COVID-19 Companies: Insights from Metropolitan Lima's SMEs." The objective of this research was to investigate and describe the level of Organizational Integration in companies located in Metropolitan Lima during the post-COVID-19 phase. The study employed a non-experimental, quantitative, exploratory, and descriptive research design. A survey technique was utilized, with a 42-item questionnaire serving as the research instrument. The sample consisted of 128 CEOs of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Lima during the year 2021. Through Principal Component Analysis and its eigenvalues, 38 significant variables were identified. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the Organizational Integration approach does not have a significant impact on the SMEs and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Lima participating in this study.
