To understand the role of nitric oxide (NO) signaling and pathways involved in hypoxia tolerance, we performed transcriptome analysis on both RKB (hypoxia-tolerant) and IR-64 (hypoxia-sensitive) rice varieties under aerobic and hypoxic conditions. Additionally, we investigated the effects of L-NAA, an NO signaling inhibitor, on gene expression in RKB.

为解析一氧化氮(NO)信号及参与低氧耐受(hypoxia tolerance)的通路的功能,我们分别对耐低氧水稻品种RKB与低氧敏感(hypoxia-sensitive)品种IR-64在有氧条件(aerobic conditions)及低氧条件(hypoxic conditions)下开展了转录组分析(transcriptome analysis)。此外,我们还探究了L-NAA(一种NO信号抑制剂)对RKB基因表达(gene expression)的影响。
