Comparison of wild type, setdb1 GLKD, and snf[148] H3K9me3 profiles shows that SXL facilitates H3K9me3 deposition on SETDB1 regulated genes H3K9me3 ChIP reads from ovaries in 0-24 hour virgin wild type and 3-5 day old ovaries from setdb1 GLKD and snf[148] mutants were generated by next generation sequencing, in duplicate, using Illumina HiSeq2500
对野生型(wild type)、setdb1 GLKD及snf[148]突变体的H3K9me3谱进行比较分析,结果显示SXL可促进SETDB1调控基因上的H3K9me3沉积。本数据集包含的0-24小时未交配野生型卵巢、3-5日龄setdb1 GLKD与snf[148]突变体卵巢的H3K9me3染色质免疫共沉淀(ChIP)测序读段,均采用Illumina HiSeq2500平台完成了双重复下一代测序。
