This dataset contains test results of dehydroacetic acid concentrations in food samples, generated via testing conducted by our institution in compliance with national standards. It assists government authorities in monitoring the status of dehydroacetic acid addition in foods within their respective jurisdictions, and provides reference data and technical support for food safety regulatory work.
1. Data Collection: Relevant sample information is collected, including sample category, name, unique identifier, sampling location, sampling quantity, and other related details.
2. Data Testing: Corresponding inspection and judgment criteria are determined based on the category of each sample. Quantitative detection is carried out in accordance with the methods specified in national standards to obtain relevant test results.
3. Data Processing: Samples are grouped by their categories. The dehydroacetic acid test results of different food types are compared with their respective maximum allowable limits for dehydroacetic acid to assess whether the content exceeds the standard. The judgment results are categorized into three types: qualified items, unqualified items, and undetermined items. Unqualified items are screened out, and the unqualified rate is calculated as (number of unqualified items / total number of tests) × 100% for safety evaluation of dehydroacetic acid in foods.
4. Data Application: This dataset serves as a basis for food safety evaluation, and provides data support for government regulatory agencies to conduct risk analysis, scientifically formulate food sampling inspection plans, and enhance targeted sampling efforts.
