State Environmental Planning Policy (Resilience and Hazards) 2021

This SEPP contains planning provisions:\r\n\r\n- for land use planning within the coastal zone, in a manner consistent with the objects of the Coastal Management Act 2016\r\n- to manage hazardous and offensive development\r\n- which provides a state-wide planning framework for the remediation of contaminated land and to minimise the risk of harm.\r\n\r\nThis SEPP has consolidated and repealed the:\r\n\r\n- SEPP (Coastal Management) 2018 \r\n- SEPP 33 – Hazardous and Offensive Development\r\n- SEPP 55 – Remediation of Land (SEPP 55) \r\n本州环境规划政策（State Environmental Planning Policy，简称SEPP）包含以下规划条款： - 针对沿海区域内的土地利用规划，且需符合《2016年沿海管理法》的立法宗旨 - 用于管控危险性与冒犯性开发活动 - 为受污染土地的修复提供全州范围的规划框架，并最大限度降低各类伤害风险 本SEPP已整合并废止了以下政策文件： - 2018年沿海管理环境规划政策（SEPP (Coastal Management) 2018） - 第33号环境规划政策——危险性与冒犯性开发管控（SEPP 33 – Hazardous and Offensive Development） - 第55号环境规划政策——土地修复（SEPP 55 – Remediation of Land）
