采用β-环糊精包合技术与低温沉降技术相结合的制备方法制备的固态红松籽油冲剂,产品表征结果可证明β-环糊精成功将红松籽油包裹并极大程度地提高了红松籽油的水溶性及热稳定性;大鼠体内实验结果表明该产品在大鼠体内的生物利用度是红松籽油的1.56倍,证明该技术可有效红松籽油的主要活性成分—皮诺敛酸在体内的吸收速度,有效提高红松籽油的生物利用度。对比红松籽产品增值557.14%,对比传统压榨法深加工率提高30.37%。产品效益良好

A solid Korean pine seed oil granule prepared by a combined preparation method integrating β-cyclodextrin inclusion technology and low-temperature sedimentation technology. Product characterization results confirmed that β-cyclodextrin successfully encapsulated Korean pine seed oil, and greatly enhanced its water solubility and thermal stability. In vivo rat assays demonstrated that the bioavailability of this product in rats was 1.56 times that of neat Korean pine seed oil, which confirmed that this technology can effectively accelerate the absorption of pinolenic acid, the primary active constituent of Korean pine seed oil, in vivo, and significantly improve the bioavailability of Korean pine seed oil. Compared with conventional Korean pine seed products, this product achieved a 557.14% increase in added value, and its deep processing rate was 30.37% higher than that of the traditional pressing method. The product exhibits favorable economic benefits.
