Dataset of double well potentials sampled from energy landscape exploration of a ternary Lennard-Jones model supporting: "Microscopic observation of two-level systems in a metallic glass model"
Thermalised configurations of the ternary Lennard-Jones model are given in the archive (configs.zip) of 1200 atoms at \(T_f\) 0.488, 0.509, 0.558 and 0.617 in the lammps (https://www.lammps.org/) data file format (https://docs.lammps.org/read_data.html).
The two datasets each provided as (.zip) archives named dataset1.zip and dataset2.zip
Datafiles (.csv) are named nebdf_{:3.3f}_{:05d}.csv where the float is \(T_f\) and the integer is \(\tilde{m}\).

'glass' is the index of the glassy metabasin sampled
omegas1', 'omegas2', 'omegasts' are the curvatures of the minimum energy oaths near the first minimum, second minimum and transition state
'e_1', 'e_2' are the energy per atom of the two glass minima
'dc' is the typical particle displacement corresponding to \(\sqrt{\dfrac{d^2}{PR}}\)
本数据集为基于三元伦纳德-琼斯(Lennard-Jones, LJ)模型的能量景观探索所采样得到的双势阱数据集,对应研究主题为:《金属玻璃模型中两能级系统的微观观测》。
该数据集的压缩归档文件configs.zip中包含了1200原子体系在温度因子$T_f$分别为0.488、0.509、0.558与0.617下的热化构型,文件格式采用LAMMPS(https://www.lammps.org/)数据文件格式(详见https://docs.lammps.org/read_data.html)。
本次提供的数据集分为两个压缩包,分别命名为dataset1.zip与dataset2.zip。
数据集附带的逗号分隔值(CSV)数据文件命名格式为`nebdf_{:3.3f}_{:05d}.csv`,其中浮点数占位符对应温度因子$T_f$,整数占位符对应$ ilde{m}$。

各字段详细说明如下:
1. `glass`:为所采样的玻璃态亚阱的索引;
2. `omegas1`、`omegas2`与`omegasts`:分别对应第一极小值、第二极小值以及过渡态附近的最低能量路径曲率;
3. `e_1`与`e_2`:分别为两个玻璃态极小值处的原子平均能量;
4. `dc`:对应$sqrt{dfrac{d^2}{PR}}$的典型粒子位移;
5. `Tprep`:为体系的制备温度。
