本数据集收录了12周龄小鼠主动脉中经Nkx2-5谱系标记、整合素α8(integrin alpha 8)标记的平滑肌细胞(SMCs)的单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA-seq)数据。实验设计:从12周龄Nkx2-5-Cre.mT/mG小鼠中获取主动脉根部、升主动脉、主动脉弓及降主动脉节段,经适冷酶消化后分离得到ITGA8+平滑肌细胞,随后开展单细胞RNA测序分析。
