Changes in soil fungal communities caused by land use have not been sufficiently studiedin South American Andosols, which are considered key food production areas. Since fungal communities play an important role in soil functionality, this study analysed 26 soil samples of Andosolscollected from locations devoted to conservation, agriculture and mining activities in Antioquia,Colombia, to establish differences between fungal communities as indicators of soil biodiversityloss using Illumina MiSeq metabarcoding on nuclear ribosomal ITS2 region

土地利用驱动的土壤真菌群落变化,在被视作关键粮食生产区域的南美洲火山灰土(Andosols)中尚未得到充分研究。鉴于真菌群落对土壤功能具有重要作用,本研究采集了哥伦比亚安蒂奥基亚省保护区、农业用地与采矿活动区域的26份火山灰土土壤样本,通过针对细胞核核糖体ITS2区域开展Illumina MiSeq宏条形码(metabarcoding)测序,旨在明确不同土地利用方式下真菌群落的差异,以此作为土壤生物多样性丧失的指示指标。
