将hgf以1 × 10 6个细胞/孔的密度接种于6孔板中,并用舒尼替尼处理,建立舒尼替尼对牙龈成纤维细胞的体外刺激模型,48小时后,利用流式细胞术对细胞的活性进行检测,探究舒尼替尼对其的直接作用,探究其影响口腔黏膜伤口愈合的潜在机制。
Human Gingival Fibroblasts (HGFs) were seeded into 6-well plates at a density of 1 × 10^6 cells per well, then treated with sunitinib to establish an in vitro stimulation model of sunitinib on HGFs. After 48 hours, cell viability was detected via flow cytometry to investigate the direct effects of sunitinib on HGFs and the underlying mechanisms by which it regulates oral mucosal wound healing.
