Transcriptional profilig of estradiol sensitive genes in the VMHvl of female mice Overall design: For the vehicle treatment condtion, 3 biological replicates were analyzed. In the estradiol benzoated (EB) treated group, 4 biological replicates were analyzed. In both cases, each biological replicate represents material isolated from a single mouse. Please note that the mice are on a mixed background (as they are originally derived from the floxed Esr1 line generated in Sohaib Khan's lab, PMID: 17785410, and therefore come from a 129/Sv lineage).

雌性小鼠下丘脑腹内侧核腹外侧部(VMHvl)内雌二醇敏感基因的转录谱分析(transcriptional profiling) 整体实验设计:溶剂处理组设置3个生物学重复(biological replicates)进行分析;苯甲酸雌二醇(estradiol benzoated, EB)处理组设置4个生物学重复进行分析。两组的每个生物学重复均取自单只小鼠的分离实验材料。请注意,本实验所用小鼠为混合遗传背景:其最初源自Sohaib Khan实验室构建的Esr1基因floxed小鼠品系(PMID: 17785410),因此起源于129/Sv小鼠谱系。
