RNA-seq analysis of the shoots of cultivated soybeans under normal and salt treatment conditions

In order to explore the response of cultivated soybean shoot to salt stress, the shoot (including stems and leaves) of 14-days-old soybean seedlings under normal and salt treatment conditions was used for the transcriptome sequencing.
