RCPSP with weighted tardiness

In addition to due dates for activities, this also includes resource shift modes, release dates and project components.

The benchmarks were created by combining different instances from PSPLIB. Each new instance is unique. Combinations of complex and less complex instances.

The name of the benchmark suggests:

j-number of activities per instance (including source/sink)

res - different combination, but same number of activities of PSPLIB instances.

par - Instances were combined in parallel. Each combined instance has different resources i.e. is parallel to the others.

seq - Instances were combined in sequence. Each combined instance has its own window in which it can be scheduled. In addition, every added instances has its own release date.

除活动截止日期外，该数据集还涵盖资源调度模式、发布日期以及项目组成要素。

该基准数据集通过组合PSPLIB（Project Scheduling Problem Library，项目调度问题库）中的不同实例构建而成，所有生成的新实例均具有唯一性，且组合覆盖复杂与简易两类实例。

该基准数据集的命名规则如下：
j：代表每个实例中的活动总数（包含源节点与汇节点）
res：采用不同组合方式，但活动数量与原PSPLIB实例保持一致的数据集
par：通过并行方式组合得到的实例。每个组合后的实例拥有独立的资源配置，即各组合实例间相互独立
seq：通过串行方式组合得到的实例。每个组合后的实例拥有专属的调度窗口，且每个新增的子实例均具备独立的发布日期。
