Dataset for Multispectral images acquired over potato fields registered on the e-Agrology platform to generate a database to estimate yields using remote sensing data and Machine Learning algorithms on the frame of Excellence in Agronomy project (LAC Use Cases in Peru)

These NDVI images correspond to potato fields of small farmers in our study area located in the northern highlands of Peru, district of Chugay, department of La Libertad. The potato fields have been selected using a database collected with the e-Agroloy platform and flights made with UAVs at their maximum vegetative development in the main potato varieties such as Peruanita, Bretana, Amarilis, Poderosa and others.

本研究区域位于秘鲁拉利伯塔德省丘盖区北部高地，本次涉及的归一化差分植被指数（NDVI）影像对应该区域内小型农户的马铃薯田。所选马铃薯田的筛选依据为e-Agroloy平台采集的数据库，以及在马铃薯主栽品种（如Peruanita、Bretana、Amarilis、Poderosa等）营养生长最旺盛时期开展的无人机（UAV）航测数据。
