wastewater dicharge influence the coastal microbial community assembly

This study construsted a series of microcosms using coastal sediments with (SY) and without a history of wastewater discharge in Hangzhou Bay, to deeply explore the pressure-stressor-response relationship in sediment microbial community under the simulated shock by different types (domestic, industrial) and insensities (0%, 50%, 100%) of wastewater.本研究以杭州湾沿岸具备（SY）废水排放历史与无该历史的海岸沉积物为实验材料，构建了一系列微宇宙（microcosms）体系，旨在深入探究不同类型（生活污水、工业污水）及不同强度（0%、50%、100%）的废水模拟冲击下，沉积物微生物群落的压力-胁迫-响应关联机制。
