To investigate glucose intolerance and white adipocyte hypertrophy shown in ZFP251 knockout (KO) mice, We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from the RNA-seq of epididymal white adipose tissue (eWAT). Overall design: We performed RNA-seq from ZFP251 KO and its littermate wild-type mice to understand ZFP251 function in eWAT.

为探究ZFP251基因敲除(knockout, KO)小鼠所呈现的葡萄糖耐受不良与白色脂肪细胞肥大表型,我们利用附睾白色脂肪组织(epididymal white adipose tissue, eWAT)的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据开展了基因表达谱分析。本研究整体实验设计为:为阐明ZFP251在附睾白色脂肪组织中的功能,我们分别对ZFP251基因敲除小鼠及其同窝野生型小鼠进行了RNA测序。
