Binary depletion matrices at 5% FDR. For the Sanger and Broad individual (uncorrected datasets) processed with CRISPRcleanR (CCR), CRISPRcleanR+JACKS (CCRJ) and CERES. The Binary depletion matrices for the integrated datasets under the three pre-processing methods above with four different batch correction pipelines:1. ComBat only2. ComBat+Quantile normalisation (QN)3. ComBat+ QN + PC1 (first principal component removed)4. ComBat+QN+PC1-2 (first two principal components removed)
5%错误发现率（FDR）下的二元缺失矩阵。针对桑格（Sanger）与布罗德（Broad）的单组未校正数据集，分别经CRISPRcleanR（CCR）、CRISPRcleanR+JACKS（CCRJ）及CERES三种方法预处理。上述三种预处理方法下的整合数据集对应的二元缺失矩阵，搭配四种不同的批次校正流程：1. 仅ComBat校正；2. ComBat结合分位数归一化（QN）；3. ComBat+分位数归一化+去除第一主成分（PC1）；4. ComBat+分位数归一化+去除前两个主成分（PC1-2）
