MALDI-MS spectra_infection with Serratia marcescens_discriminant fingerprint

MALDI mass spectra from hemolymph of individually challenged honey bees with <i>Serratia marcescens</i> strain. These spectra were used to compare with those from infected honey bees with <i>Serratia entomophila </i>in order to discriminate the respective systemic molecular patterns at the species level within these two Gram negative strains.

本数据集涵盖经粘质沙雷氏菌（*Serratia marcescens*）菌株单独攻毒的蜜蜂血淋巴的基质辅助激光解吸电离（Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization, MALDI）质谱谱图。上述谱图被用于与感染昆虫沙雷氏菌（*Serratia entomophila*）的蜜蜂的质谱谱图进行比对，以区分这两种革兰氏阴性菌株在物种层面各自的系统性分子特征。
