OWC and AP Data Set.sav

Through this dataset we examined the impact of occupational overwork climate (OWC) on academic effort (AEF) and performance (ADV) of working students: moderating role of academic resilience (ARE). We found that OWC is negatively associated with AEF and ADV and that ARE moderates the relationship between OWC, AEF and ADV.

本数据集围绕职业性过度工作氛围（Occupational Overwork Climate，OWC）对在职学生学业投入（Academic Effort，AEF）与学业表现（Academic Performance，ADV）的影响展开研究，并检验了学业韧性（Academic Resilience，ARE）的调节作用。研究结果表明，OWC与AEF、ADV均呈负相关关系，且ARE对OWC与AEF、OWC与ADV之间的关联具有调节作用。
