Suppressors of PHO regulon hyper-repression by Pol2 CTD Thr4 mutation implicate inositol 1-pyrophosphates as agonists of precocious lncRNA transcription termination

This RNA-Seq analysis compares gene expression of the suppressors of RNA polyemrase II CTD-T4A (STF6 and STF9 mutants) contrasting to the parental RNA polymerase II CTD-T4A mutant in the fission yeast S. pombe 2 test samples (suppressor mutants) were analyzed; 1 parental control sample was processed (each sample has 3 replicate experiments)

本RNA测序（RNA-Seq）分析以裂殖酵母（S. pombe）为研究对象，对比RNA聚合酶II（RNA polymerase II）羧基末端结构域（CTD）-T4A亲本突变体与其抑制突变体（STF6、STF9突变体）的基因表达差异。本次实验共分析2份抑制突变体实验组样本，同时制备并处理1份亲本对照样本，所有样本均设置3次生物学重复实验。
