本研究报道了实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎（Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis，EAE）造模过程中星形胶质细胞（astrocytes）内X盒结合蛋白1（X-box binding protein 1，XBP1）的活化状态，及其与促炎基因的结合特征，并与未致敏小鼠（naïve mice）组进行对照分析。实验设计：分别对EAE模型小鼠（n=3）与未致敏小鼠（n=2）的星形胶质细胞中的XBP1进行免疫沉淀（Immunoprecipitation，IP）；所有免疫沉淀样本均以10%的起始输入样本作为标准化对照。
