Files are raw paired-end sequences files from Illumina MiSeq. Sample indexes and adaptors were removed during demultiplexing on the machine. Data were used in manuscript MEN12770, accepted in Molecular Ecology Resources on January 30, 2018. Article DOI: 10.1111/1755-0998.12770
