Agriculture practices, e.g. fertilization, irrigation and cultivation etc., inevitably modify the soil ecological environment by altering the soil microbial community structure as well as the nitrification and denitrification processes. The influences of rainfall combined with agriculture practices on microbial community structure and soil nitrogen cycle were not well understood. It is important to investigate the combined effects of rainfall and agriculture practices on the soil nitrogen metabolism for better agriculture management.

农业生产活动(例如施肥、灌溉与耕作等)会通过改变土壤微生物群落结构(soil microbial community structure)以及硝化作用(nitrification)、反硝化作用(denitrification)过程,不可避免地扰动土壤生态环境。目前学界对降雨与农业生产活动协同作用对土壤微生物群落结构及土壤氮循环(soil nitrogen cycle)的影响尚未形成充分认知。为优化农业管理模式,探究降雨与农业生产活动的协同效应对土壤氮代谢(soil nitrogen metabolism)的影响具有重要意义。
