Male Sex Rather Than Advanced Age Predicts Constitutional Chromosomal Abnormalities in Peripheral Blood Karyotyping: Evidence From a Clinical Cytogenetic Service

This dataset contains a conservative de-identified case-level analysis dataset supporting the manuscript titled " Male Sex Rather Than Advanced Age Predicts Constitutional Chromosomal Abnormalities in Peripheral Blood Karyotyping: Evidence From a Clinical Cytogenetic Service". The public dataset includes generated case IDs and analysis variables for year, sex, age group, advanced maternal age status, standardised clinical indication, karyotype category, pathological abnormality status, and high-level mosaic subtype. To protect patient privacy, the dataset excludes original clinical records, direct patient identifiers, source laboratory identifiers, source filenames, raw clinical indication text, exact dates, physician or department fields, and full karyotype report strings.
