Tomato plant phyllosphere Targeted Locus (Loci). phyllosphere metagenome

To evaluate the impact of plant-associated and environmental drivers on tomato phyllosphere microbiota, plastic plants (n=9) were placed adjacent to tomato plants (n=9) in a field test and with leaves sampled at a single timepoint. DNA was extracted from a wash of both tomato leaves and plastic leaves. Amplicons of 16S rRNA gene and ITS (internal transcribed spacer) were sequenced on the Illumina Miseq V2.

为探究植物相关因子与环境驱动因子对番茄叶围微生物群的影响，本田间试验将9株塑料模拟植株与9株番茄植株相邻种植，并于单个时间点采集叶片样本。分别对番茄叶片与塑料模拟植株叶片进行洗脱处理，从洗脱液中提取基因组DNA。对16S rRNA基因及ITS（internal transcribed spacer，内转录间隔区）的扩增子采用Illumina Miseq V2测序平台进行测序。
