Whole genome sequencing of three Xenorhabdus strains

The goal of this study is to identify three Xeorhabdus strains by using whole genome sequencing. This has environmental relevance, as new Xenorhabdus-Steinernema mutualistic associations are being identified.

本研究旨在通过全基因组测序（whole genome sequencing）鉴定3株致病杆菌属（Xeorhabdus）菌株。鉴于目前学界正陆续发现新的嗜线虫致病杆菌-斯氏线虫（Xenorhabdus-Steinernema）互利共生关联，本研究具备环境相关的研究意义。
