This dataset includes source data supporting the findings in the research article: "Lethal permeabilization of host bacteria to small-molecule compounds during phage penetration" by Z. Yu, C. Wu, et al. Contents Microscopy: Raw image files used to generate figure panels. Organized into subfolders corresponding to each Main Figures (e.g., MainFigures/Fig1/a/..) and Supplementary Figures (e.g., SupplementaryFigures/S1/...). Exported data for image analysis and quantification (in ExportedTIFF_mask_track_forAnalysis/). Exported bright-field or fluorescence images (as TIFF files) used for quantification and analysis. Code, Models, and Exported Images for Analysis (Software_CustomScript/): Custom MATLAB/Python scripts used for cell segmentation, image analysis, and plotting. Custom trained or pretrained neural network model weights for automated bacterial cell segmentation. Other data, including plate reader raw data and miscellaneous cell counts and statistics, are now provided in the Source Data file associated with the paper.
