Transformation of Tn7 insertion elements across strains of Vibrio fischeri

The goal is to assess the genomes of erythromycin-resistant strains of Vibrio fischeri generated from transforming FQ-A001 with genomic DNA from ES114-derived strains containing an erythromycin-resistance marker at the attTn7 site.本研究旨在评估经转化获得的红霉素耐药费氏弧菌（Vibrio fischeri）菌株的基因组，具体转化流程为：以携带attTn7位点红霉素耐药标记的ES114来源菌株的基因组DNA转化FQ-A001菌株。
