Target enrichment reads of 32 Rhinogobius and Tridentiger gobies from China

This dataset is for manuscript entitled "Phylogenomics of Rhinogobius Gobies Reveals Northern-Southern Divergence and Trait Evolution in China" to be pubilshed on MPE. Including target enrichment reads of 32 Rhinogobius and Tridentiger gobies from China. This study represents a significant advancement in understanding the evolutionary history of Rhinogobius, the most species-rich freshwater goby genus in East Asia.
