该数据集主要包括储罐设计压力、保冷厚度及太阳辐射热等因素变化，对储罐VOCs产生量的影响。数据采集与加工时间：2021年12月。数据处理方式：储罐VOCs变化影响因素采用经验公式法进行计算。数据表中每个表格代表一种影响因素对储罐VOCs的影响，表格之间相互独立、无层级关系。
This dataset mainly examines the impacts of variable factors including storage tank design pressure, cold insulation thickness, solar radiation heat and other similar factors on the VOCs emission quantity from storage tanks. Data collection and processing time: December 2021. Data processing method: The influencing factors related to VOCs changes in storage tanks were calculated using the empirical formula method. Each table in the dataset represents the impact of one single influencing factor on the VOCs emissions from storage tanks, and all tables are mutually independent with no hierarchical relationship.
