Genomic, tanscriptomic and metabolimic analyses of Amorphophallus albus provides insights into the evolution and resistance to southern blight pathogen Total RNA was extracted using Trizol reagent (thermofisher, 15596018) following the manufacturer's procedure. The total RNA quantity and purity were analysis of Bioanalyzer 2100 and RNA 6000 Nano LabChip Kit (Agilent, CA, USA, 5067-1511) , high-quality RNA samples with RIN number > 7.0 were used to construct sequencing library.

白魔芋（Amorphophallus albus）的基因组学、转录组学与代谢组学分析为其演化过程及对南方枯萎病病原菌的抗性机制提供了新见解。总RNA提取按照生产商操作流程，采用Trizol试剂（赛默飞世尔科技，货号15596018）完成。总RNA的总量与纯度通过生物分析仪2100及RNA 6000 Nano微流控芯片试剂盒（安捷伦，美国加利福尼亚州，货号5067-1511）进行检测；最终选取RNA完整性数（RNA Integrity Number，RIN）大于7.0的高质量RNA样本用于构建测序文库。
