tarp1/tarp2 mutant : sRNA-seq and WGBS

sRNA-seq and WGBS datasets were generated from wild-type Col-0 and tarp1/tarp2 mutants with the aim of determining the function of novel RdDM factors in Arabidopsis thaliana.
