tarp1/tarp2 mutant : sRNA-seq and WGBS

sRNA-seq and WGBS datasets were generated from wild-type Col-0 and tarp1/tarp2 mutants with the aim of determining the function of novel RdDM factors in Arabidopsis thaliana.本研究从野生型Col-0及tarp1/tarp2突变体中获取了小RNA测序（sRNA-seq）与全基因组亚硫酸氢盐测序（WGBS）数据集，旨在明确拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana）中新型RNA指导的DNA甲基化（RdDM）因子的功能。
