多类型数据的DNA编码、转换和输出的数据集

该数据集主要面向多类型数据的DNA数据存储平台与数据读取方法研究中开发测序读取结果转换算法，实现编码信息的转换、存储数据无损读取和多类型数据的输出的需求，项目组成员参考DNA喷泉码技术利用DNA喷泉码，采用Python软件完成文本、动图和图片的DNA编码工作，输出DNA编码序列。项目组成员利用DNA喷泉码，采用Python软件完成文本、动图和图片的DNA解码工作，输出多类型数据，主要记录了包括一张照片（14.5 KB）和对应的编码DNA序列库，一个动画图形（14.4 KB）和对应的编码DNA序列库和一段《道德经》节选（20.4 KB）和对应的编码DNA序列库以及对应的第三方测试报告等数据，数据量2.84MB。

This dataset is developed to meet the needs of developing sequencing read result conversion algorithms for DNA data storage platforms and data reading methods targeting multi-type data, as well as achieving encoded information conversion, lossless reading of stored data, and multi-type data output. Drawing on DNA fountain code technology, the project team used Python software to conduct DNA encoding for text, animated graphics and images, generating corresponding DNA encoded sequences. The team also utilized DNA fountain codes and Python software to complete DNA decoding of text, animated graphics and images, outputting multi-type data. The dataset mainly contains the following materials: one photo (14.5 KB) and its corresponding encoded DNA sequence library; one animated graphic (14.4 KB) and its corresponding encoded DNA sequence library; an excerpt from *Tao Te Ching* (20.4 KB) and its corresponding encoded DNA sequence library; as well as corresponding third-party test reports, with a total data volume of 2.84 MB.
