Survey on Operating modalities of the staff members during clinical practices in the field of pediatric Interventional Cardiology in Italy

The questionnaire was designed based on the approaches reported in tables 7 to 9 of the Scientific Position Statement on multimodality dose optimization from the Image Gently Alliance by Hill et al. The survey consisted of two sections: 1) hardware features and software configuration of the equipment: manufacturer and model, installation year, detector type, storage of the last image hold and last fluoro loop, presence of dose reduction system (or noise reduction algorithms in image post-processing), availability of multiple filters for beam hardening, programmable radiological acquisition settings depending on patient size; 2) operator’s approach: selection of specific protocols by patient weight, removal of the anti-scatter grid, positioning of the patient between the tube and image detector, choice of fluoroscopy modes (low/normal/high) and pulse rate (pps) and image cine-acquisition frame rate (fps), use of collimation and magnification.本调查问卷基于希尔（Hill）等人发表的Image Gently联盟（Image Gently Alliance）《多模态剂量优化科学立场声明》中表7至表9所载方法设计而成。本次调研问卷共分为两个部分：1. 设备硬件特性与软件配置：涵盖设备制造商与型号、安装年份、探测器类型、末次图像暂存功能与末次透视循环存储功能、是否配备剂量降低系统（或图像后处理降噪算法）、是否具备多种束硬化校正滤波器、是否支持根据患者体型调整放射学采集参数；2. 操作者操作规范：包括根据患者体重选择特定扫描协议、移除防散射栅格、将患者安置于X射线管与影像探测器之间、选择透视模式（低/正常/高剂量）与脉冲率（脉冲每秒，pps）、图像电影采集帧率（帧每秒，fps）、使用准直操作与影像放大功能。
