In our study, migratory birds were intercepted by nets in a ringing station. Collected ticks were identified as Ixodes ricinus, PCR-screened for the presence of bacteria belonging to Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato, Rickettsia spp., Francisella tularensis and Coxiella burnetii.

本研究中,研究人员于鸟类环志站利用网具捕获候鸟。采集所得的蜱虫经鉴定为蓖麻硬蜱(Ixodes ricinus),随后针对其携带的伯氏疏螺旋体复合群(Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato)、立克次体属(Rickettsia spp.)、土拉弗朗西斯菌(Francisella tularensis)与伯氏考克斯体(Coxiella burnetii)开展了聚合酶链式反应(PCR)筛查。
