Malignant tumors are one of the main diseases that pose a threat to human health. Research has suggested that more and more studies have confirmed that choline compounds play an important role in the occurrence and development of various common tumors in the elderly. Choline has been found to be a very important Micronutrient, which plays a key role in many body functions. Choline compounds are mainly obtained through diet and can also be used as supplements. Many bodily functions require it, including fat metabolism, neurodevelopment, and liver and kidney function. Many evidences show that some choline compounds, such as TMAO, are associated with colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer and other common elderly cancers.In order to integrate and analyze numerous research resources and results, as well as evaluate them, literature review, organization, and data information extraction were conducted. We have constructed choline based small molecule compounds to assist in the treatment of cancer, cardiovascular and other related diseases. Supplement the inclusion of choline compounds, covering the structure, English name, Molecular formula, molecular weight, CAS number, IUPAC name, activity, melting point, density, relative molecular weight, weight, references, patent number, etc. of choline compounds. This interface supports the query function for the content of choline drugs mentioned above. Therefore, this database of choline drugs is helpful in exploring the drug mechanisms and new indications of choline drugs targeting tumors

恶性肿瘤是威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一。多项研究证实,胆碱化合物在老年人多种常见肿瘤的发生与发展过程中发挥关键作用。胆碱作为一类重要的微量营养素,对机体多项生理功能具有核心调控作用。胆碱化合物主要通过膳食途径获取,也可作为营养补充剂使用。机体多项生理活动均依赖胆碱,包括脂肪代谢、神经发育以及肝肾功能维持等。诸多研究证据表明,部分胆碱化合物(如氧化三甲胺(TMAO))与结直肠癌、胰腺癌、肝癌、胃癌等老年人常见恶性肿瘤密切相关。为整合、分析并评估海量研究资源与成果,本研究通过文献调研、整理及数据信息提取完成数据库构建。我们构建了基于胆碱的小分子化合物库,用于辅助癌症、心血管疾病及其他相关疾病的治疗研究,并补充收录了各类胆碱化合物的相关信息,涵盖其化学结构、英文名称、分子式、分子量、CAS登记号、IUPAC命名、生物活性、熔点、密度、相对分子质量、重量、参考文献及专利号等内容。本数据库支持上述胆碱类药物相关信息的查询功能。因此,本胆碱类药物数据库可为探索靶向肿瘤的胆碱药物作用机制及新适应症提供重要支撑。
