Personal Health Conversational Dataset for English, Yoruba and Hindi

This dataset collection comprises personal health inquiries in English, Yoruba, and Hindi, aimed at supporting multilingual natural language processing tasks such as intent detection, question answering, and machine translation. Each entry includes a user-generated health-related question, annotated with language labels and metadata where available.
