Moorea 2017 reef exometabolites

Samples from a 2017 research expedition to Moorea, French Polynesia. This dataset contains three 16S datasets: 1) A tank experiment examining the impact of labile reef exometabolites on microbial community structure; 2) A lagrangian survey of reef exometabolites and microbial communities from offshore water, across the reef crest, lagoon and Bay; 3) A field experiment using an in situ mesocosm setup to evaluate exometabolites and microbial community composition from reef communities in a more controlled setting than field surveys.

本数据集样本采集自2017年法属波利尼西亚莫雷阿岛（Moorea, French Polynesia）科考航次。该数据集包含3组16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）测序数据集：1） 实验室水槽实验：考察易利用珊瑚礁外代谢物对微生物群落结构的影响；2） 拉格朗日漂流调查：对离岸水域、珊瑚礁脊、礁湖及海湾的珊瑚礁外代谢物与微生物群落开展采样与分析；3） 原位中宇宙实验：相较于常规野外调查，本实验通过原位受控群落装置，在更可控的实验环境下评估珊瑚礁群落的外代谢物组成与微生物群落结构。
