Concatenated MSA containing COI and H3 sequences

An MSA formed using sequences collected as a part of this study, all belonging to the <i>Palaemon </i>genus. All sequences are concatenations of the mitochondrial gene cytochrome oxidase subunit 1 (CO1) and the nuclear gene histone H3. <i>Macrobrachium nipponense </i>COI and H3 sequences were similarly concatenated as an outgroup.

本研究采集序列构建的多序列比对（Multiple Sequence Alignment, MSA），所有序列均隶属于长臂虾属（<i>Palaemon</i>）。所有序列均为线粒体基因细胞色素氧化酶亚基1（CO1）与核基因组蛋白H3的拼接序列。日本沼虾（<i>Macrobrachium nipponense</i>）的COI与H3序列以相同方式拼接后作为外类群。
