Detection of the Marmara Sea Mucilage Microbiome by Shotgun Metagenome Sequencing and Investigation of Potential Microorganisms as Key Elements in the Microbiome Network. Marmara Sea Samples

The aim was to first identify water and mucilage samples collected from different stations in the Marmara Sea at the metagenome level using next-generation sequencing and data science technologies, and then to investigate the microbial factors that trigger mucilage through ecological association analyses.

本研究的目标分为两步：首先借助下一代测序（next-generation sequencing）与数据科学技术，在宏基因组（metagenome）层面完成对马尔马拉海（Marmara Sea）不同站位采集的海水及黏质物样本的分析鉴定；随后通过生态关联分析，探究诱发该黏质物形成的微生物驱动因子。
