This is original MATHCAD file ready to simulate cyclic voltammograms of an electrochemical-catalytic mechanism in which mass transfer of electrochemically active species is governed by diffusion. The protocol provided in the MATHCAD File of this mechanism enables simulation of cyclic voltammograms as a function of the rate of irreversible catalytic (regenerative) reaction, but also as a function of the rate of electron transfer step. This model is suitable for he beginners in electrochemistry mainly for educational purposes. The MATHCAD File is ready for simulation in MATHCAD 14 or higher versions of MATHCAD, and it is free for use for everyone.
