Gossypium hirsutum Raw sequence reads

To conduct high-throughput sRNA at the two-leaf stage, cotton plants under hydroponic conditions were inoculated with V. dahliae strain V991. The 7- and 10-day post inoculation leaves as well as the mock-treated control, were harvested for high-throughput small RNA sequencing为开展棉花两叶期的高通量小分子RNA（small RNA，sRNA）检测，将水培条件下的棉花植株接种大丽轮枝菌（Verticillium dahliae，V. dahliae）菌株V991。分别采集接种后7天、10天的叶片样本与模拟接种对照组样本，用于高通量小分子RNA测序。
