In order to find the regulatory factors involved in the regulation mechanism of S. aureus-type cow mastitis, we sequenced the breast tissue of healthy Chinese Holstein cows and Chinese Holstein cows with S. aureus mastitis, looking forward to finding relevant lncRNA and mRNA, digging into the regulatory relationship between them, providing reference for the breeding of cows against S. aureus mastitis

为探寻参与金黄色葡萄球菌（Staphylococcus aureus）型奶牛乳腺炎调控机制的调控因子，本研究对健康中国荷斯坦奶牛以及罹患金黄色葡萄球菌乳腺炎的中国荷斯坦奶牛的乳腺组织进行测序，以期鉴定出相关的长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）和信使RNA（mRNA），深入挖掘二者之间的调控关联，为奶牛抗金黄色葡萄球菌乳腺炎的育种工作提供参考依据。
